 Hi im 24 year old female in Irving, TX and i just finish my extern and received my RDA license, also i have my CPR license too. Im looking for a dental office to work for and some place that offers training if needed. So, if anyone could help me find a good dental office to work for, your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Also, I need advice or help on try to start my own business if u can help in anyway it would be a blessing thanks.

Hi! I'm also in the process of beginning my own business.  What you really should do before anything else is deside on the the business you want to start.  Then do your research. You will need to know how much money you'll need for the start up.  Writing a business plan will really be a HUGE help in laying out all of your goals for your business, ect.  If you apply for a grant, more than likely, you will need to produce a business plan to submit with the grant proposal.  If you apply for a small business loan you will ALWAYS need a business plan because they'll want to see that you've researched and know your market. keep in touch!

If you are talking about some type of government grant to help start your business then one of the very first places that you should start is with your state website.  Some states are (or have already) implementing grant programs because they want to help raise the economy in certain specific areas.
